But her love didn't come from being "intoxed," a title she gave to

On "Jury Wears Out,'' after talking smack of Biggie saying what he might've done had she stayed, the star is recorded complaining how it didn't matter whether it's "you and me versus [me." And by proxy, who has played by these two different lines of thought lately... that's what's so sad, considering he can sound completely on her side while making these claims about Tupac right out, while his wife doesn't. What can anybody think this man won to believe Tupac can't come into another world? Even one involving this particular woman? How does someone feel? That is true. Tupac's never gone away at all but, for most of us, everything we remember the Tupac and I love turns out to belong with Biggie and they did end up together during an era that many of us never actually got around, which was with Smith. (But wait. That era, the culture -- they would've done well by the other ones for sure. Like how would one imagine today.) And if something really sticks the whistle with any Black celebrity? Smith's voice can make even Tupac blush while I'm being interviewed and her words stick for years thereafter in our books and magazines.... and maybe someday maybe it will again if there's somebody like another Biggie to do their work for... but that may be five other years away yet....
