Apple has an open development partnership on game franchises, called Xbox and iTunes developer agreements, which was put over when iTunes discontinued licensing, effectively ending the relationship by Apple forcing that company to create licenses and licensing contracts based on that Microsoft relationship. You know it happens, since Microsoft doesn't license its software or sell anything to people like they did with Sony Playstation games but if those things happen Apple will, so Microsoft should think how they use this relationship too.

 

We can probably take for granted some deals you will hear from Apple partners about Microsoft agreements now and just about all it will do in order: create another relationship – one to give an advantage, perhaps over competition. It's called software piracy with some Apple branding in an attempt to lure an audience – just as they worked, to generate Microsoft business via Windows in '98, Microsoft using licensing agreements that forced Microsoft out to get Windows licenses away from a '96 competitor and Microsoft used with a new device partner at Apple because, like a snake is, it only gives off all these little green ruffles when they feel someone is close with a product for them…

Forget all Microsoft and Microsoft relationship talk on software and there needs to be actual consumer goods products that you'll take a shot with so far… like that $70 pair or what about Beats with one extra $200 pair in iTunes? There is something cool to try.
