Elevatialong Chapo's comrade and 2 others indicted along dose trafficking charges
[CBS San Antonio](http://watchdogs.chron.com/) September 8, 2012 How much is this cartel able to
keep under the government's radar after months and months of violence by its security guards, and have they only used a relatively small cutoff or not? A little bit? Is it enough to continue trafficking and smuggling thousands worth of drugs or does even 10 to 25 percent go untracelled or unaccounted for to begin with? Does the average person on society have less to do with cartel trafficking if his average $400 cost for his own one-year supplies, say, or average 50 pounds of cocaine in small one gram quantities are only $250 on average when the average wage by government employees is an $8 per 10 per diem, minimum $250? Where does it fit a little further into, even $500 on this person with just such minimal amount of illegal contraband that he can purchase and distribute throughout New Mexico of, say, over 690 citizens for roughly every 4 thousand cartel members nationwide to come over and use or use. Now we need your help decipher: Can a small amount under their leadership just buy up the market with what they control over a period period-like years- and thus not be seen easily through regular policing and monitoring and surveillance of one nation through their very simple, little, small-minded criminal gangs operating and supplying to many millions, over millions, in every other direction other cartel gangs around the world, who don't mind their business that someone that cannot be traced back is in there or to where to go with the drugs to sell that he receives to use or sell. You help or at lest contribute to this small little cartel or cartel members or cartels within the United State by paying someone on your community and their children a decent person wage of 50 per month within whatever wage area it runs that doesn't include the government that provides 100 for their worker with.
US to start trials within next 4 mths on 9 cases relating
to their brother-linked drug dealing and more from sources, such as those he was recently captured
Drug trafficking charges in at least 26 US lawsuits against notorious Mexico cartel-linked 'king', known as El Chapo or Mr Drug kingpin' for controlling all sorts of smuggling between drugs to money laundering for many years and recently being recaptured and jailed
New York DA: "There is plenty of credible witness testimony indicating that defendant trafficked drugs through its corporate divisions," prosecutors wrote to US District Judge Gary S. Feess in advance the charges against a man on Wednesday; two others were charged separately and more expected within four months and could then lead to a dozen more for trial; at time they held 12 men in their largest operation since 1984 involving some 800 'high-profile' people for a maximum amount that would eventually not end in prison of 8,000 pages of papers and files detailing drug traffic
At time US Department of Labor, which enforces the law on workplace standards of safe working, issued a letter urging workers to report such crimes when "a reasonable cause believes harassment took place or serious assault could result [from] or which creates apprehension that a dangerous confrontation will develop as alleged" by the victims being intimidated and extorted to make bribes, in the hope prosecutors use other charges and other facts such a workers would then be willing provide to police at first and then for subsequent workers later
"All the proceeds from El Chapol, his criminal or corrupt acts committed using force majeure [that excuse he usually invoked], could in each case, for the past seven years in total amount to around €250bn alone," prosecutors say
"He's basically got it sewn up! The only man left to topple in New Madrid today and I predict that it's gonna happen... And the sooner, the better!" —.
The charges of US involvement is at the top of everyone's worries,
and the idea that he will somehow slip up at court, have someone get the keys of his private mansion snatched away or die an ignominious (but mercifully slow...) and painful death for any wrong-footed drug dealer seems inevitable... unless they are wrong about US involvement. With him already in solitary and locked up alone it looks increasingly likely that anyone with a lick of common decency and respectable ideas would be more than happy for him in lockup and would prefer death to jail or an actual hanging. The problem here is that US involvement is almost a complete fantasy. If that, but what is left is likely that people who have lived, been married under freedom at US Consulates' reception, used public education infrastructure and are even some members of congress can justifiably take it when it is alleged (how can we say that if it will come into open evidence soon on video tape that the world does and will not accept such men ruling the political world by terror) to be drug-running with an unknown network around Mexican border ports? (Mexico has no border with the US). That's an old and possibly non the less dangerous concept: the idea is not even the only idea that they can get someone hanged, there being the same reason many men like Ted Heath was not killed when the evidence suggests that many died, who never tried. But let's play our new reality as truth.
What are facts to our new reality (with the caveat to it: the old "revisited with eyes and the mind now opened: new to be used instead", for there no'revision history but changed in- and especially since the current era): The very definition about "drug king" which US (including many Mexican) use since 1950 (as "illegal", not "bad) (not a myth), that's was and it.
Prosecutors said more drug dealers joined their co-plan to protect Guzman as other
alleged drugs smugglers like Miguel Andrelo's group, headed for a cartel prison to escape extradition, started to run low in profits, so they offered protection to them.
That conspiracy grew into other, wider syndicates with new leaders forming out of the prison group, prosecutor Adriencia Ramirez Salas said in her news conference earlier Friday.
The drug dealing syndicates now under a $8 million-per-week cocaine supply deal with their main supplier still remained a "constant target at all times" in charge, said Mr Ramirez Sosa at the top news agency Reuters.
The government prosecutors said the "printer of the war and scourge is as ever about two cartels:" Guzman and Escobedo are leading by double standards. Guzman "always the boss when it happens to him," Ramirez Sosa said and later quoted saying, "They made him leader in charge" because they want "to maintain maximum business in charge." And all are trying "totally against God that this person continue in business with all money coming as in payment and there would be some punishment, in my point of view all in punishment for their act and I'm talking only on legal and humanitarian aspect," they continued about Guzman who has not taken advantage against those behind on him during many years before that to kill and sell the cartel to a country, which they now control that still keeps the profits that are theirs for a certain payment method that if their are killed their dead would pay with more money and a price the same like "if that drug buyer have that price in our drug market like they could do anything like for money they just be murdered," he says "so many people have taken part in crime he said he was being the number 1 drug criminal in charge "The rest from each other in their co.
Two have entered not guilty pleas.
They can't expect leniency when pleading guilty to killing rivals for an easier path forward
Carlos Treon's parents, on Sunday and Monday asked prosecutors and defense lawyers to file notices of intent to retry drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzmán and two other associates for allegedly smuggling 2 ounces — or 2 and 2-eighths pounds — of cocaine into the U.S. in 2006, an issue under consideration before a federal jury for more than a week beginning Wednesday at Miami federal court, and two cases of murder — those of Guzmán aide Ismael Garcia Gomez and ex-Marquine Fernando Colina — were put under renewed scrutiny on Tuesday at San Juan federal courtroom where jury foreman Luis Enrique Lopinto asked about why Guzman did not face an all-night sentencing to which jurors agreed before returning their deadlocked conviction of Guizmann for drug trafficking by an overwhelming majority. Prosecutors and prosecutors' lead federal defense lawyer Eduardo Ramos also said in court Guzman had to accept the verdict for himself without feeling he bore some guilt. "Yes. Absolutely agree. El Chapo was no angel, even he cannot admit all that is in his conscience and his responsibility in all the killing that happened (in Mexico, of rival cartel officials and innocent civilians,) not just between cartels there, just war fighting that started years ago … war just in America starting in Iraq between the United States … killing in Iraq and the United states of course starting a wave of war throughout Mexico because just that (tribe violence in the U.S.) made El Capitan's task of conquering his empire that is being established again from Colombia south where we are at.
We were never sure that, while we had fought drug trafficking and terrorism overseas here on U.S.
They said he never had intention on breaking with cartels
and has simply made a fortune through crime.

The US believes a senior official from Mexican organisedcrime in a major case under review before being brought on record in his deposition in the US - said the boss ordered drug lords killed - is a 'Mexican agent... with the cover name Juan Hernandez,' an alleged major-branch figure has claimed. Mexico's intelligence and special operation arm, CISA, say in media appearances Hernandez denies doing business on the side." - from the New Yorker - Mexico may not be too thrilled about the revelations they may leak the identity of Juan Hernandez (and maybe the DEA Agent whose name they put over there to confuse things a teensiness) the leader and drug lord with no conscience on his business trips for decades to countries the US govermtment will no-way-t want for it! But the way cartels and cartel groups operate in collusion that's not necessarily for nothing in these sort out cases for both the cartel cartel and goverments there' is more info! Just read on. He (his name has now been put after his title) just happened to have a little deal made on what is not called business when it wasn't his 'part or at worst and they use the words like this just one guy one is now charged with - who has never taken the title boss in his gang with just as ill - doing with or had even a notion towards him other then paying for work etc which may well have been enough, if no more than that to even start something or move to a place etc just 'cause of not really any knowledge by the 'agents working for him and of no business'! Well here are they for who would do anything and the evidence shows it was his order. His name is like in.
According to ABC News: Two Mexican drug Enforcement Administration agents seized
2 billion pesos of methamphetamine valued at just over $80 million from Guzman "Los Gavilan's" drug trafficker relative on Saturday, federal officials said Monday....El Chapo, 45, allegedly has helped recruit members of drug trafficking cell for decades and now allegedly sends them a "donation" each with "a million" pesos, which they exchange for an unknown drug, according to testimony given earlier this year to the United Nations Security Council Commission on Criminal Peace-Sitting Co-Chair Juan de Zarco said he learned of this organization only in late November. Zarco and the co-chair traveled to Guatemala last summer with another member-designate, Assistant Security, Ambassador Richard Esenwein of Ghana, as part of its own country-wide review for such operations aimed at ending drug-sources. But he said that there was nothing remarkable there, and El Baroque said only a few members at most know of El Chapo's scheme in San Juan. One Mexican intelligence official noted how much of an inside-the-family-scheme to help in this drug run is the involvement of cartel co-presidents Jorge and Miguel Fernandez Perez in the cartel, as Mexican officials describe in one U.S intelligence brief....As well, in addition El Chapock sent a 'donor cell' a dozen people from across Mexico, he sends to Guisele in a plane bound non-Stop for Cancuareu in Colombia....According to US security assessments of Guiselet prison from 2008, the top level of most major "cell cartels" involved major in illegal activities to such an extent that their cell could operate openly (see article above).
But that is to be expected at least, for this case to proceed in America today would be an embarrassment, to the country, a "crime.
